mewing is a form of ultra slow expansion so when you are ACTIVELY mewing (not resting tongue posture) for 8 hours or more daily it makes a difference.

thats called puberty, also I did some little research and theres no evidence that points that mewing works (maxilla), the only thing that mewing does is fixing your tounge posture and avoid fucking your teeth

it saves your teeth because touching them constantly with your tongue can move them forward, and its not the same thing as the maxilla, because the maxilla is a big bone in your face, teeth can be ripped off relatively easily
