Why is facebook dead in your opinion?

Only boomers use facebook. I remember back in 2012, facebook was pretty much the go-to pflatform to connect with new people online. None of my former friends are active on facebook anymore. Some still have an account but haven't logged in in years. I assume platforms like tiktok and instagram have taken over the reins, which aren't nearly as balanced and versatile, but push all the right buttons to attract brainwashed/-dead zoomers. Why is that?

That's unironically the smartest answer I've seen in a while. Although you could just block your parents on facebook or hide your profile. I don't think that's the reason why facebook lost popularity among zoomers

Nobody needs to know. If no one can find your profile, technically, it doesn't exist. The selected handful of people you're friends with don't know about your privacy settings, so no one is gonna say anything to anyone
