Why is giving money to the homeless so normalized

1. Spend it on more drugs
2. Buy food (so they can continue living their shitty life.)

It should be illegal to give money to people who are obviously useless and have no future other than disgustingly crowding the streets. Forcing them to starve to death would fix the homeless crisis. JFL if you think you’re doing a good deed when you give to these meaningless beings.
