you only stop growing by 19-20...sure body slows down alot compared to 14, but it's not 100% done. 17 ur around 80-90% done. could squeeze in an inch or two, maybe more based on genes

did ur hands grow? My hop is spine rn and femurs...Do lots of core exercises like planks, side pushups, hold onto something with ur upper body and arms over a ledge then elt your legs hang, from here straighten them and kick out for 100 reps like u swimming breaststroke/froggy

i think my hands have grown actually yea, my feet size 100% went up. they just look slightly bigger than what i remember they were a few months ago.

but what i dont understand is, my feet size and height were the same for like 2 years. I grew from 5'6 to 5'7 a few months back as well. Maybe i have delayed growth? and i havent heard anything from it. my fellow pubertymaxxers also agree that my plates are probably open if hands and feet have grown.

Around 13-14 ish. That's when my voice began to crack. I'd say around 13 to be safe.

Lol it's not for losing weight. It's for getting sunlight for vitamin D and hopefully stimulating your bones and muscles to trigger height growth. At your age, you should definitely try it. Maybe come home after and drink half a litter of milk or something to recharge. I would in fact do this religiously. Otherwise you're a Jeffrey.

Yeah i plan on buying raw milk + colostrum. The hgh increase should be good. And I thought you were talking about obesity because I know when your obese your feet size increases due to the weight flattening tendons in your feet making it wider. And no I'm not a jeffery.
