why is having hooded eyes considered important?

i have deepset eyes and projected eyebrow bone but i still look like a bug eyed sleepy looking subhuman with alot of uee because i just don’t have any fat on my eyelids

i don’t understand it everyone with good eye area just have alot of fat on their eyelids so why is it so important when it’s not even about the bones or bonemass.

Its always about combination of bones and fat distribution
