Sometimes your grand grand fathers genetics get passed to you. My mom is 5'7 my dad is 5'10 and I'm 6'3. turns out my grandpa and all of my uncles from my mother side are all giants, they are all like 6'3-6'5, all of them. There is nothing you can do to increase your height, it's all genetics.
