all thats going to do is delay some of the side effects by 1 generation if you get lucky, you cant change the recessive genes from not spreading from incest, all genetic screening does is compare multiple fertilized embryos and see SOME of the more major genes that baby would have, its not like if you had 100 incest babies one of them would not be inbred thats not how it works
