A rhino before bsso is not an issue. Bsso doesn’t affect the nose. Only issue might be that you don’t know how the bsso comes out and relative to the jaw you end up with a weird looking nose. But no bsso and rhino don’t influence each other
For people who don’t know:
BSSO cuts the lower jaw behind the gonions and moves the lower jaw

and by moving the lower jaw can it improve the jawline/gonial angle or it only fix recession ?

havent seen a thread like this here yet maxilla mandible lefort 1-3 modified lefort 3 is basically lefort 3 minus the lefort 1 area bsso and ivro these are the basic cuts. you can just cut the maxilla or mandibular or do both at the same time (double jaw surgery)...
