Why is it diffcult to have hollow cheeks as a teen?

If you have them, at what age did you get them? is it possible that the cheek will be more hollow at 18-19? Fuck even models at 16-17 didn't have much hollowness in their cheeks

Life fuel. One of my parent has good cheekbones with hollow cheeks, I have prominent cheekbones too but my cheeks aren't hollow.
