If you really wanna leave a website,

create a burner email with an extremely long random password you think of on the spot. Also change the password of the account on the website you're trying to leave to that same extremely long random password. Switch the email attached to the account to the new burner email you have created. Then delete the account & make no effort to remember the password for the account & email.
