Why is it more common for females to get plastic surgery rather than males?

From what I can see it’s the majority of females getting surgery when they already have infinite SMV. Do they do it just so they can compete with other women for chad, or the “insecure about my looks” even though being a female is already tutorial mode. Like wtf I rarely see any guys on that subreddit.

They already have makeup, so why is it that I see 90% of females on that forum? is it because getting surgery as a man is seen as taboo or something? We already know being average won’t cut it in 2020, guess not enough are blackpilled.
