Why is it so difficult to approach or talk to girls

In my last post, I talked about a light skin girl who was at the gym who I was interested in and I believe who was giving me IOI’s.

I’ve seen her in the gym again today, however I couldn’t approach. She was doing the same thing that she was doing before. We looked at each other at multiple times and I went over again to this one area of the gym and she followed me over there and she was doing some type of weird workout. Yet I found it so difficult to approach her and say something or introduce myself.

However, there was another guy, average looking maybe about 5’9 and all he had over me was a tattoo. Yet he was able to go ahead and approach her and talk to her make her smile. I don’t believe he got anything from interaction because it was a very quick interaction yet he was able to approach.

How can I conquer the fear of being a little pussy bitch about approaching? I don’t know cause I’m high inhib or what but it’s genuinely so annoying bro.

And like what’s really making it worse is that the fact that the girl is giving me IOI’s. She’s giving me very obvious indicators but I’m just scared to approach and rejection.
