Why is it so easy to identify a slavic ..

Even tho they have similar colouring to white people.
Why they are so easy to point out?

i look at their faces and can immediately tell them apart from northern europeans their facial structure is different

As a finn, I'm exceptionally good at detecting slavhumans. There are different types of slavs and east slavs are pretty much always easily distinctable.

East slavs usually have compact peanut skulls with recessed jaws and smalll chins. Usually short in height 165cm-180cm. If you see someone who is white and has feminine skull with no ramus, it's pretty much always a russian/belarusian/ukrainian.
