you ever noticed how easy it is to lie about something but how hard it is to correct someone and show them the truth?

lying takes like 5 seconds but debunking that lie can take hours and there’s no guarantee that the person who’s lying will ever change their mind

this is why i avoid 99% of debates. nearly all of them are dishonest and in bad-faith… no one wants to learn anymore, they just wanna be right (or at least think they’re right)
