Why is it so hard to differenciate between real gyno and chest fat

I mean its hard to tell if its gyno or chest fat based on appearance
Idk how to distinct it but imo some people are lean and have gyno (hard lump)
Ex.

Other times people are skinny fat and can have both
i.e gyno as well as fat

Or only chest fat

The 2nd part is where its very hard to distinct whether its gyno or just fat

how can we differenciate between gyno or just fat if a person is overweight

it's not that hard, if it's puffy it's usually at least partially fat, gyno just gives you perky nipples.
