Why is it so hard to have a convo

Deadass does anyone else find themselves having a hard time on one on one convo? I have to think abt what to say and how i say it both texts and irl i hate it whenever the convo is so boring it feels like an interrogation so i js stopped texting ppl what do i even say to new ppl
