Why is it so unfair sometimes?

So my friend (he's Mid MTN in India with HTN potential,but girls like him a lot)wasted his time the entire year,did not sturdy anything,even got suspended from the school for a few days and yet he fell short by only 2 marks from scoring full in the final exam.Guess what,he didn't even study the night before exam(he was fasting on top of that)and somehow managed to make it to the Top 3 probably and my teacher who used to dislike him initially is now happy with him because he has improved a lot.

I sometimes feel like good looking guys don't have to even try in any aspect.
Things happen automatically and they also make it seem too easy

I was friends with him the entire year but in the end,he smoked me even in academics
The day he told me he would score full,I didn't believe him but today I was just surprised after hearing our teacher compliment about him
