Why is it that english or the uk in general is considered not the most attractive in europe

its weird, most attractive actors are english / have English heritage why are they seen as less attractive than other countries. I mean almost every american actor is English heritage or uk broadly. Seems weird to me that they’re considered less attractive if anything it seems they have some of the highest concentration of attractive people.
