why is it that most people get double chins and i don’t?

but, most people, skinny or not, eventually get a double chin at a certain weight.

i’ve been skinny, i’ve been bulky, and i’ve been in the middle. and as an right now i’m bulking and i still don’t have a single bit of fat under my chin. what i do get sometimes is chubby cheeks depending on the day i just have a extra bloat, but never in my life, not a single day of my almost 19 years of living, have i ever had a single bit of fat under my chin, when i pinch, all i feel is just literal skin, i quite literally don’t even have to mew

does this have anything to do with bone structure ? or what is it, can someone explain this?
