Why is it that my face gets 10x leaner after like 400mg caffeine right before I workout?

And how the fuck can I keep it that way? It happens literally 1-2 mins right after ingesting the caffeine and then the bloat reducing effect goes away like 2 hours later

how do you keep the bloat off like that without caffeine? Low carb doesn’t do shit either my face looks more bloated on my low carb days...(prob from increased cortisol) that is until I ingest the caffeine

Dehydration? thats my best guess

caffeine is a diuretic

caffeine is a diuretic

yes I know but how do you get the effect without caffeine.. would a diuretic like “water pills” work..? Or something else I can do besides taking the Caffiene. All my best pics have been like right after ingesting caffiene

Sure it’s not lighting?

Coffee makes me look much leaner, but I can't stomach it. I get the shits immediately, also a headache and it sometimes makes me vomit.

Maybe it's all in your head and the difference is actually insignificant.

It's diuretic as everybody already said. It makes you pee and by peeing you lose water in your body therefore you look leaner. If you don't like caffeine, you can try water fasting or just try to reduce salt from your diet. If you just bored of coffee and no problem with caffeine, you can switch it to green tea. Green tea works better for me, makes me urinate more than coffee and makes me look leaner.

I must hold a lot of water bloat since i remember one time I drank 3 monsters with like 400mg and I had a 50min drive... well 10 mins in my drive I’m on a 4 lane high way on a long bridge and imidiantly almost piss my pants so I get out in the high way and have to piss with every single car watching me. And I had to do that 3 times during a 50 min drive lmao

Each time my piss was like 1+ minutes long asf

Brutal thb, caffeine is a good cope

coffee gives you a stress response
this stress response is carried on through your workout. high adrenaline high cortisol replacing thyroid providing energies. you run on stress at this point, not on natural energy.
overstimulated nervous system
this leans your face out but is not healthy, might cost you hair and sleep

try to stimulate your nervous system more to lean out your face. but not in small rushes (coffee plus workout) but in general
do that by not rotting and using dopamine stimulants like coffee, nicotine.
lower prolactin (anti-diuretic) thru nofap and sleep reduction
improve thyroid, keep clean gut to lower serotonin

generally speaking, stress will make you gl in the short run and decend you in long run, because it will crash your metabolism/thyroid
chad = high thyroid/metabolism AND highly stimulated nervous system

Listen to me. Read my fucking post. I know what I'm talking about.

The bloat you are experiencing in your face is water weight. Your body holds water due to a variety of factors, for the vast majority of people it's due to sodium/salt intake being too high (without enough potassium, as potassium balances out sodium in the body, and your body can get rid of it). Essentially salt makes your body hold onto water, and that's why your face is bloated. If you eat 2x as much potassium chloride as sodium with your meal, your body can get rid of the salt. Or you can just limit your sodium intake quite low, and not take potassium at all. You need sodium however, keep it below 600mg a day though.

The second and more important one is carbohydrates. Carbs make your body hold water as well. Your body converts carbs to glycogen, and it is stored in your muscle tissue. For every gram of glycogen, your body stores 3-4 grams of water with it in the muscle tissue. If you are eating tons of carbs (bread, chips, rice, potatoes, corn products, usually over 150g a day will bloat you), your body will hold onto water and every morning you will look bloated.

When working out your body converts the stored glycogen into glucose, your bodies main source of energy. If you work out hard enough, your body burns all the glucose, and the water is released through urine and sweat since it is no longer needed. Also caffiene is a mild diuretic, it makes you pee more.

The best way to get rid of bloat is to combine all these methods. Eat lower carbs (if you go too low you'll enter ketosis, the keto diet, at 30g or less of carbs a day. Aim for maybe 100-150g of carbs a day and eat plenty of protein and fat instead, see what works for you though EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, EXPERIMENT), eat less salt, if you do eat salt, get potassium chloride powder. Get the ratios right, too much potassium chloride can cause your heart to stop giving you a heart attack. If you do it in the right ratios (2/3 potassium chloride, 1/3rd sodium/table salt) you'll be perfectly fine. Salt is only necessary because your food tastes like horse shit without it. This is a fact. Also lowering carbs may make you lose fat, which could be a good thing. If you are eating tons of protein you'll keep the muscle and actually do 2 looksmaxxes in 1.

If you read this disregard all other posts, I experience drastic uncontrollable bloating and I can't help it. I had to learn all this by researching the internet for days.

Assuming your information is credible then one could argue that following a ketogenic diet would make you appear leaner due to depelting your glycogen stores and forcing your body to utilize fat as its energy source?
