Why is it that other peoples mannerisms trigger MY aggression

I get angry watching people move nowadays.

only have a few of my friends who think like me in this way understand what I mean but by watching mannerisms. Brushing teeth, typing on a computer, driving, being committed by certain people. It automatically make me more aggressive with them and like I just want to throw them or sm idk.

I wish there was a way to make people stop moving oddly all around me and we could all move the same.
