The skin dryness isn’t chronic, it can easliy be fixed with a moisturiser.

Also, accutane doesn’t cause dandruff. It causes dry scalp. I believe dandruff is a fungal infection which can only exist on an oily scalp. If anything accutane decreases the chance of someone getting dandruff

Both of these issues and be fixed with hair care or skincare products

If you want to bring your sebum levels back up, just hop on a moderate trt cycle.

Plus, these changes aren’t even permanent most of the time.
