My growth spurt is gonna be at 15-16. Hgh has only grown me from 2 inches since the beginning of this year iwas 4 10. I hope im being tested and i also help i get talller in this summer like a 4 inch fucking growth spurt

I’m in my 20s and still growing it’s certainly possible. Make sure to eat lots of protein and animal product over carbs, get proper sleep, drink a lot of milk, and don’t do heavy lifting or anything like that cause that will fuse your bones shut

i had a similar growth pattern to you. was 4'10 at 12, 5'1 at 13 then grew to like 5'7 by 15. now im 5'10 at 18 even tho my dad is 6'4 and mum is 5'8

i always got bullied for my height until around 15. then it became bullying for my looks until i was almost 17. for the last 2 years ive ascended enough for it to stop and have a good social life. there is hope, but yes life is unbelievable unfair. theres nothing you can do, the only recommendation would be injecting hgh
