So damn hard?
I only need to do pull ups or some single exercise and I don't want to lift a finger afterwards for a good hour. Fuck this shit.
I miss my bench... I sort of liked bp, the only thing I ever enjoyed doing. There's just something relaxing and meditative about it. I guess, because you can lay down...

because it's boring (the pull ups at home and shit) i miss the gym

It is boring to a degree, yes, but my problem is that it's hard. Lifting heavy shit is hard. And it sucks. And I don't like it. Aaaah.

Cheat with some heavy metal or hip hop tbh

I personally liked lifting hard, also, you're probably not consuming enough carbs before working out if you're feeling weak/with no energy to lift hard

How is it easy? By definition, lifting heavy is hard. Though I'll try to focus on doing more volume this time around, rather than strength. Who gives a fuck about strength. Fuck that ego bullshit, also not as healthy.

idk man it's easy. even when it's ''hard'' it's still easy compare to sprinting / running and shit

Most likely true. Never had a single friend in my life though... No gyms either for now.
I have a broken leg, so can realistically do only some pull ups/push ups/chin ups/curls and random stuff with barbells. Abs exercises.

I like running. Ran half a marathon once. Was quite into running in general. Did 70+km a week consistently for a long period of time, but it was very unhealthy so I stopped.
Could never really get into lifting though. Went up to 80kg bp for reps, like 6 reps? At 70kg weight~

Yeah I know. But you "have" to lift, to have any kind of success with girls, so...
Might as well jump on t when I get my leg fixed. It will be the end of winter, so should be great time to do so, before the summer.

I don't really consume a lot of carbs in general.
Afraid of aging...
My carbs are mostly from fruits/sweet dairy products.

That's why you have no energy to lift hard. If you're worried about collagen glycation, you just need to maintain your sugar levels on the average range. You can also just consume more carbs before training an less after.

You need to consume carbs and a lot of water before training tbh, otherwise your training will be absolute shit, I legit can feel a ~20% difference of efficiency when not eating properly before gym vs eating properly

I used to eat a banana and a cookie before work outs and drink some fruit juice. I understand though, but feel like the issue is that my muscles are "bad", like I start shaking and unable to concentrate strength anymore, my form turns to shit and it's hard to go to the next set of reps, as you just want to rest. And start feeling sick, as if throwing up.

Nigga, before working out I eat 3 bananas, an apple, granola, oatmeal, and protein powder.

A bowl of oats milk and protein powder before every workout. And the attitude should be wanting to kill the dumbbells and their whole families.
