Why is lip lift so looked down on here?

Its never talked about when its one of the cheaper surgeries that can also be a big PSL increase. What a simple lip lift can do alone: obviously bigger upper lip. Increase tooth show if you barely have teeth showing when you are talking / smiling. Reduce philtrum length. Last but not least it will increase your midface ratio. Why are people not shilling this more

Yeah, there's a lot of delusion. They would look at a guy like Cavill and say his philtrum is too long (it's definitely not short). Unless one's philtrum is insanely long, there are MUCH larger problems to fix.

Yup. Hell, even a short chin could make the philtrum look longer than it is.
