I have a friend from Brazil.

He says it's easy to slay, there's a thing called 'Carnival' (look it up), and the women are apparently hot in Brazil.

For these reasons, it's obvious it's a more openly shallow place (everyone is shallow, Brazilians are probably more open about it).

So people know looks matter and thus they looksmax.

At least that's what I think.
