So you either go with the flow, and work on it yourself or stand to be ousted from society - friend groups/ peers
If you hung out in a elderly home, and were friends with boomers in that generation.. even if looksmaxxing content came on your fyp, it wouldn’t have much of an effect on what you prioritise
Wanting to look better does play its part because humans want to mate, but a larger motivator is the want to fit in
