especially for a cut, i see many people say high protein, high fat, low carbs
what's the benefit of doing this?

Most beneficial thing on a cut is being on kcal deficit
Cutting carbs is retarded especially if u workout

so basically everyone is retarded? its like one of the most commonly said things when people ask what to eat on a cut
u can eat whatever u want just be in a kcal deficit

typically on steeper cuts you would want to limit your carb consumption in order to reach protein intake. that being said dont deprive yourself of carbs unless you want to feel like complete shit, especially if youre working out consistently
