Why is MAOIs better than SSRIs?

I don't understand the beef with SSRIs here. So SSRIs are bad but MAOIs are good? I thought MAOIs are way stronger and mess up your brain's chemicals way more than SSRIs. Also, I thought they MAOIs have way stronger side effects, etc?

What are your thoughts?

thats the fycjubg point they increase neurotransmitters to make you feel more good/confident. Even clavicular takes them (selegiline)
