Well it has increased alot but....
Lying that one has anxiety, depression or other mental illnesses to seem cool has increased SOO MUCH that real depressed people get no help because nobody believes them.

I see soooo many people use depression as a personality trait!
Most depressed people either hide it from everyone or seek help!
Only clinically depressed people tell their significant others that they are diagnosed with depression, but even they don't use it as a personality trait.

Technology causes more loneliness, then people go onto social media and see others having a good time and they feel brutally lifemogged. And then Tinder makes everyone's self esteem go down the drain because of all the rejection they face. And then the jews put all the chemicals in the food which makes men low t and has large amounts of women on anti depressants because of fucked up brain chemistry.

Our world's changed. I don't think there's any one issue - just a combination of multiple issues. Things like high taxation, destruction of the nuclear family unit, easy virtue signalling, oppressive laws & enforcers of it, and on and on and on. We're fighting against what is natural (natural differences between men and women) but thinking we'll turn out ok. All these things will have a toll on people even if they don't involve themselves in it.
