Why is milk so expensive in Sweden?

Nä pallar inte men för dig är det ju tydligen ett stort problem 💀

Fuck the alcohol monopoly.
I get where you're coming from and you're probably right. To me personally though, I can't count how many times I've found myself on a Sunday afternoon thinking "ahh a couple beers would be nice", but instantly realized "dam it's Sunday so I can't even get it". I understand it's not necessarily a good argument, but for me, I've found that it's forced me to regulate my intake and hence kept it more moderate. And I say this as someone who's generally not an avid proponent of legislative prohibition.

1.5 liters of milk costs around 2 dollars in Sweden. Do I have to spend 4 dollars on milk alone everyday? That's 120 dollars a month just to have 3 liters of milk everyday.
Where are u from where you can drink 3 ltrs of milk everyday?

I drink like about 0.25 liters of milk a day . And I have to buy it half gallons as the brand is more creamy and tasty, the full gallon ones don't taste as good .

So for the high quality organic Half gallon non jew milk, 2 liters roughly is 4$. So a full gallon is 8$.

When I was bulking really hard a few years back I would regularly drink half gallon of non jew milk a day, or 1.5-2 liter s like you.

If I buy Organic Non Jew Milk, its About 6.5$ for 1 gallon/ 4 liters.

If I were to drink like 2

The answer is yes, you would be spending 120 dollars a month if you were to want to spend that much milk. If your eating it purely for mass gaining purposes you could look into alternatives like peanut butter, or buy bulk amounts of chicken thighs. Prices tend to be a lot cheaper but you would have to have a big enough freezer.

Milk is still the most cost effective food ever for nutrient/protein. Only animal product that is
