Whatever was considered popular back in the 2000s and earlier. Stuff like black eye peas, guns n roses, pantera, R Kelly, even stuff like Tears for Fears and Rick Ashley. Though in terms of my preferential taste I have a massive collection of Japanese music cds with artists that were also very big in those times. Growing up an isolated trucel who had nothing besides anime and vidya does that to a man.

I think it's the autotune voices that does it. Older Gen artists had actual vocal talent.
