Why is my arms white and my face dark

My arms are pretty white with light tan I see blue veins clearly in my biceps but green veins in my hands

How can I change my face to be lighter I was whiteish as a baby then got darker

Yeah this is right I cover my arms when I played summer sport abut face and neck were exposed obvs

How can I lighten it I used to be so much lighter

Yeah I have exactly same, pretty much whole body is light except below the knees, below the elbow, and above collarbone.

If u find a solution, pls post it
