Why is my chest growing so slow compared to my arms? Is it because of pectus excavatum?

How am I dealing with it? Well first by not having it, but really, it's been only 3 weeks, your body is going to be lagging in some areas, you will see better development in others. Make sure you're following a good routine, preferably one provided by a coach, experienced friend, or even an online influencer (many free routines out there). Just stick to it for about 6 months, and then re-asses, if you see your chest is still lagging then you may consider increasing the volume and intensity you use to work it.

Time is key here, you cannot spot imbalances in your physique at this stage, mainly because all of your body is imbalanced, lol. Just give it time 🙏

I have SEVERE pectus excavatum, my sternum bends so deep that it actually has misaligned my heart and trachea, so swallowing food is an absolute chore. You can see my skin bounce up and down when my heart beats and if I open my mouth you'll hear a clicking noise because my heart is literally slapping against my sternum. I can't work out or do anything because of this (and other issues). Honestly just stay at it, a lot of dudes fraud having pectus by building huge pecs

Hope you get better, thanks for the advice I’ll just keep pushing and hopefully it’ll fix if not I’ll just be a fraud demon.

Thanks I’ll just wait and see if it fixes or if I can develop my chest until it’s basically hidden. I’m not patient enough haha

Thanks brah, no problem

If you train accordingly to your proportions and lever, it will grow, 3 weeks is just not enough to see a real difference
