fucking brutal existence bro we need antidepressants fr but they fucking stunt growth
tried 5-6 different meds for stupid shit like you go through. they never healed me, i was more suicidal on drugs. plus they gave me permanent memory issues and confusion. still healing from those jewpills

fr bro same. these transmitters are beyond fucked on ppl like us. i tried dopamine boosters, serotonin boosters and other stuff. they didnt work. i know its because of certain subhormone (5ht1a, yadayada) depletion

Without knowing more about you I can't diagnose a cause but some common things that can cause this:

* PTSD, Caffeine, Unresolved Childhood trauma, Poor nutrition, High Glycemic foods, Poor sleep quality, Unsafe environment, Low muscle mass, Too much artificial stimulation

im not talking about 5ht. that may work tho. we dont have drugs that target specific gateways right now. so even if you detected which ones you low or high on there would be no reachable (illegal or legal) drug to treat your problem.

It's your choice but it's fixable. I had lots of trauma and ptsd from many years of physical and mental abuse and I fixed it.

Spending lots of time replaying all the memories in your head, as well as thinking about them from different perspectives will eventually fix things as your brain slowly gets use to those ideas and memories, and eventually bored of them. It takes a few years but it's worth it.

If you enjoy being a victim and like making excuses I suggest you find one of the incel rotter forums. This is a forum for people willing to do what it takes to improve their situation in life.

therapy got me worser. its not the reason. i started working doing shit, and thinking. thinking till im fucked in the head and burnt out. then ive realized stuff, accepted them. accepted them and acknowledged that no drug can ever fix this shit (can maybe help but not fix) other than myself.
