Why is my cousins butt so loose

This nigga always farting, if you ask him to fart at any moment during the day he can deliver. His farts don’t even smell anymore, like he just farts out air that he inhales. I don’t even think he needs to fart, it’s just the fact that his butt can make the farting sound.
