It’s normally super bloated when I wake up. Anybody know why/ how I can wake up like this every morning?

I ate. I was at an amusement park yesterday all day so it was mostly junk and less than I normally eat. I would think the unhealthy food would bloat me, but it was less calories than I normally consume in a dayDid you remember to eat food yesterday

I think if you are normally hydrated and then dont drink for a day then yes you will dry out and look leaner, example for this is bodybuilders in contest prep trying to get dick skin all over their body. I think they water load first then don't drink water e.g. dry out and after that carb up to get water in the muscle but the skin stays thin and lean for a brief period of timeI thought it was the other way around
