why is my face/skin started to age and i started to look older im 17

I looks so Aged and my nasalobial folds started to look so permanent.

Any solutions for this? And What can cause this? Can it be stress? Or any other factors?

Note: I changed my diet to more seafood and primal diet + fruits. I do moisturizers every nornin and night. Im also on accutane 20 mg ed for the past 2 months. I wear sunscreen aswell. But i think i lack collagen or smthing

poor diet, hygiene and sleep could cause this. Hop on tretnoin 0.025%, start dermarolling ur face with a 0.1 and wear sunscreen. Mark as solution bhai

Im already on Accutane for like 2 months 20mg ed. Tret is cope i tried adapalene aswell but it causes myore dryness while on accutane. Since im already on accutane i cant dermarolling. I also wear sunscreen too

tret is not cope, theres scientific evidence for it working. it just takes time. Nothing else you can really do on accutane tbh, maybe use a vitamin c containing moisturiser
