Why is my face so asymmetrical?

I'm not talking about the delusional kind of asymmetry, I look like a completely different person from the left side profile and right side profile. My nose bridge is positioned more on the left side of my face so from the right my eye looks much more deep set, my chin and jaw are both weaker on my right side, my eyebrow on the left is lower and has a completely different shape, I have uneven hooding, and minor lip asymmetry. Also my right ear protrudes much more than the left, but that's genetic, and im getting otoplasty this summer. The rest came after puberty I was otherwise a very symmetrical child. Is there any targeted procedure I can get done to correct all of this if maybe it's my sphenoid or atlas? Or will I have to individually correct every single feature? I legit look subhuman from the right and HMTN from the left this shit is killing me

You will likely have to correct it individually but unless it's VERY severe (like GENUINELY like you said Subhuman vs HMTN) symmetries are not SUPER important, again, if you're actually deformed sure but if youre exaggerating I wouldn't bother do targeted procedures for every part of my face

Ngl I'm def exaggerating its more like MLTN, the main thing is my nose looking way more projected from the right side and my right eyebrow being higher and arched. I really wanna fix my eyebrow asymmetry bc it looks bad but how do you correct muscle imbalance? I think that's pretty much the only thing it could be

I also think so especially since my cheekbones are 14.3 cm so wide-ish, my jaw has a lot of soft tissue making my face look wide asf even though my tfwhr is 1.34 and my fwhr is 1.86. Pulling the sides of my jaw ascends me so much. How would botox affect symmetry though?
