Why is my face so bloated?

I still have some fat on chest and lower abs now because i used to be skinnyfat but i think my face shouldnt be this bloated. If i go even lower bodyfat will my face lean out? stats:145 / 6'0
I need to get lean face because i have huge zygos and average jaw and that makes my face look like a moon if im not lean.
