I have veins where the v shape is at my hip, I have Bicep veins, I genetically can't get a 6 pack, but my abs are shredded

hmmm sounds like you are already very lean. Are the veins only visible or actually thic and protruding? Can you post picks of your body, it is better to judge how lean you are with some better pics.
