Why is my face so pale compared to my body?

My body skin color is olive but my face is so much lighter. Is this normal?

Because you prolly don't shower/exfoliate as often as you wash your face

I have the same problem and I go hiking multiple times a week. Cant tan my face but my face skin is very thin.

This is normal. The skin cells on the face replace themselves much faster, and have lower melanin content. Tret, which speeds up skin replacement, is shown to reduce pigmentation in the face.
