Why is my fat distribution so bad?

I really don#t understand this.All my classmates never had this problem.I was born with shitty genes.My fat distribution is so bad that I am extremely ashamed and insecure of it.I am not skinny but my face doesn't match my body a bit.+I have wide hips,wide waist,and I store much fat in my legs and ass.Why was i born like this.Makes me extremely insecure
