Why Is My Fps So Shit In Minecraft (I Need Help NOW GTFIH)

These are the mods i have in my folder and i get like 15 fps, but when i launch a version with no mods i get like 100 fps- i used to get 200-230 with these mods and but all of a sudden im getting this bullshit can someone fucking help me im in distress rn

Lower chunk display to 8 to 12, disable iris shaders to see if that helps, check if everything is updated.

Im on 26.1.2 my Render is like 16 shaders are always disabled, they were disabled for the 200-230 fps moment and for the 100 fps moment

Keep only these and test the fps
Fabric API Sodium Lithium Iris (even with shaders off sometimes it still loads) Mod Menu (if needed)

if this doesnt help, it might be the config folder in the minecraft folder for the mods. Delete it and let it fix itself when you launch minecraft.

If hardware issues do research.

yea dude idk im fucked i upgraded and im still getting 33-40 fps
