Why is my frame so weird?

Also how do i know if my hands are too small for my height?

Im 6'5 but have small wrists i think

Also 82 inch wingspan but pretty small hands

Like my hands are same size as people below 6ft

So small hands and wrist but long arms and 24inch bidelt

Is this a result of improper nutrition? Or something else?
