Why is my front profile horrendous

I always hear about how most people are insecure about how bad their side profile is. But ive gotten my side profile rated multiple times and i'm at the conclusion that i have a HTN side profile. Except my front profile is closer to LTN. I'm young so I still have lots of baby fat, but a bloated face cant be it. Does anyone know of some reasons why my face is like this, or at least someone that is in a similar situation.

I have a HTN front and a LTN side, this is why side profile is cope, all that matters is your face
