Why is my front so weird.

Im 16 and tbh this is a bad pic cause it makes me more asymmetrical then irl but im still pretty asymmetrical.I've been told by multiple people that I look like a chipmunk and I'm starting to see it . Like honestly what is it that makes my front look so weird and how can I fix that and the asymmetry?

It's mainly your philtrum but nose looks fucked up too. And most prob your maxilla is recessed.

Your lower thirds are unideal, that’s what the problem is and assuming that you see weirdness. Also your lips aren’t full but in my opinion it does not really matter.
