First off, your hair/hairline is uneven & terrible. I recommend you restart or get a trim to even out the growth and then later style it at a good salon.

Hair could be sticking out like that because of a few reasons: You brush your hair starting from the root (and how it looks, upwards-left), causing it to stand up, hair thickness, or it's simply your hair growth pattern.
