Posture issues during your growth phase probably fucked it up. You could try doing exercises to tense up the muscle and raise the bone but I dont think it would really work.

no its impossible to fix down grown. the reason why youre down grown is due to high gonial angle

would LF1 with maxillary impaction for counter clockwise rotation not fix that, the gonial angle is DUE to down growth. it’s not the other way around

im not sure tbh. It can probably be fixed it just requires extremely invasive and expensive surgeries that i forgot the name of.

put your tongue tip forward and the back third of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Do the hyoid exercise in BOTB as well. The hyoid is not connected to any other bone, its position is entirely due to the state of the muscles and connective tissues surrounding it combined with your posture
