Seems fine might have lower set ears which may or may not be cause by downgrown skull. Or it's just lower cheekbones. Anyways facial convexity seems good the jaw is good

Because all that was done was advancement. You need to rotate the maxilla upwards slightly and the mandible needs to be lengthened more and rotated as well. Also known as a Counter ClockWise Rotation BiMax. Don't get Bimax done under insurance if you care about aesthetics
